Acceptance of plans may vary based on whether the clinician is credentialed to the specific plan. For those with other insurance plans we accept private cash pay. Inquire within to find out more information on rates. Our office may offer a sliding scale based on income but this varies on a case to case basis and based on availabilty. Inquire to find out more!
